1. Calculator Inputs

All calculator logic on CalcRapid runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. When you type a value into any calculator — whether it's your salary, body weight, mortgage amount, blood alcohol content, or any other figure — that data is processed locally on your device.

Your inputs are never transmitted to our servers, never logged, and never stored in any database. We have no technical ability to see what numbers you enter, what results you receive, or which calculators you use. When you close or refresh the tab, all input data is discarded.

2. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

We use two third-party services to understand how the site is used and to keep it running reliably. Neither service receives any of your calculator input data.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, how visitors navigate the site, and which calculators are most popular. This data is anonymized and aggregated. Google Analytics collects standard web metrics such as browser type, device type, country, and session duration. It does not receive the values you enter into calculators.

Google's data processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Azure Application Insights

We use Microsoft Azure Application Insights for performance monitoring — tracking server response times, error rates, and infrastructure health. This service collects technical telemetry (request durations, HTTP status codes, page load times) and does not receive calculator inputs or personal information.

Microsoft's data processing is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

3. Cookies

CalcRapid itself does not set any first-party cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and session durations. These are analytics cookies and do not contain personal information or calculator data.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using a browser with tracking protection enabled (such as Firefox with Enhanced Tracking Protection, or Brave).

4. Advertising

CalcRapid may display advertisements in the future via a third-party ad network (such as Google AdSense). If and when ads are enabled, we will update this policy to reflect any additional data practices associated with ad serving. At this time, no advertising network is active on this site.

5. Personal Information

We do not collect, store, or process personal information. There are no user accounts, no registration forms, no login systems, and no saved calculation history. The feedback form on our About page is the only place where you can voluntarily submit information (a message and optionally an email address). Feedback submissions are used solely to improve the site and are not shared with third parties.

6. Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share any user data with third parties beyond the analytics services described above (Google Analytics and Azure Application Insights), which are used solely for site operation and improvement.

7. Children's Privacy

CalcRapid is a general-purpose utility site. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, this site does not present specific risks to younger users.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of CalcRapid after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
